Shipping & returns


Shipping Policy:

We use a number of shipping options when shipping our products depending on the size and weight of the item.  The carriers that may be used are: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, or for larger packages we will ship items by large truck (LTL).  Shipping option may also depend on the options offered from each warehouse that we use.

 Items that will be shipped via large truck (LTL) will require the customer’s signature at the time of delivery.

 We will make every effort to have your item shipped as soon as possible.  Shipping timeframes will vary depending on the item and time of year that item may be ordered.  (example: heaters being ordered during the height of heater season may experience a small delay because the warehouse is extremely busy.)

 For most smaller items expedited shipping can be requested and we can check with the warehouse as to the availability of the expedited service and additional shipping charges.


Return authorization is required in order to send an item back.

The following return policies pertain to all items:

  • All damaged items or items missing parts must be reported within 3 business days after delivery.
  • Shipping charges (both ways) will not be refunded.
  • Only un-used items are returnable.
  • Items that are in un-sellable condition or are missing parts are not returnable.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We will not accept items returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the item.
  • A restocking fee may be charged;  If a restocking fee is charged to us by our supplier, normally 15-25%.
  • Products refused by the customer or canceled after the order has been shipped are subject to restocking fee and all shipping charges.
